Payment Information
Badges and tickets must be picked up on-site at the Pre-registration desk. For special services, call ACF Events Management at (800) 624-9458 or email events@acfchefs.net.

Refund Policy: Requests for refund must be made in writing and postmarked no later than 30 days from event opening date. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from refund amount. Refund requests for the Educators Development Series and Career Development Series also require 30 day notice and are subject to a $25 processing fee. Refund requests for the Certification Written Exam are subject to a $15 processing fee.
